Clean and very well-maintained room and facilities.

The hotel was in a prime location. We had an amazing view from our room. The staff was wonderful. From the moment we arrived Ravi made us feel welcome and made us laugh. Ravi also helped us prepare for our transportation to the airport on our final day.

We got a free upgrade to the sunway resort which was a delightful experience!! I have been coming to sunway pyramid with my parents for 10 years for summer vacation as this is the best family resort. Now i came back with my own daughter after a decade and it was just as magical as i has always been! Thank you for giving the best holiday♥️ I will always be coming back to you

Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

Staff behaviour was very nice and very helpful i had a very good experience staying at there.

The room was comfy and clean, exactly like the photos. I had a very good rest. The hotel is near to lrt/brt usj7, thus very convenient. It's also near a few malls, and mynews is just next door. Last but not least, the staff were very accomodating and helpful, always ready to help even though i had to leave early in the morning. The breakfast options were quite nice too. A great experience overall. Heartfelt gratitude to the staff.

For me the hotel was good. Not as bas as per mention by other guest. Probably they have improve.

Friendly and polite team of personnel's. Receptionist Ms. Atiti was very courteous and helpful. Good location food beverages and others need not to drive just on foot. Pleasant stay I had.
