We had an excellent vacation at the SnowWorld and Alpine Hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable, well maintained and serviced along our stay. We all enjoyed the breakfast and the lounge bar at night. Reveillon dinner was delicious. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. We loved the integration with the ski slopes which made our vacation very pleasant, relaxing and fun.

Wow! Amazing hotel, the room is designed very modern and spacious. The room was very clean, the staff helpful and nice.

Modern, beautifully appointed hotel with excellent restaurant. Excellent service at check-in, and in the restaurant. Bouteous breakfast with many food choices.

Very nice location, pretty and quiet area. Adequate parking, room was standard. Nothing special, but not much to complain about.

Great host, perfect atmosphere.

Is a beautiful place, well adapted. Comfortable and charming

Close to snacks and some shops in a quiet place with parking nearby.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing and lots of trees

We had a standard double room, it looked exactly as in photos. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. The room has a thermostat, but we didn't use it. It was very quiet in the room and in the corridors (maybe because there were not many guests at that time). The breakfast was good. I liked that there were warm options: scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes. The rest was usual for a classic hotel: lots of bread, ham, cheese, croissants, vegetables, fruits. Muesli, cornflakes, milk, yoghurt, kwark. Not sure if there were any vegan options apart from vegetables and fruits. The hotel is located in the same building with the stadium, and there are many different stores everywhere and a huge free parking. The location is good for visiting cities and places nearby: Aachen, Maastricht, Drielandenpunt. Everything is within a 25-minute drive.

Everything. Beautiful city views, lovely rooms, great location and the most amazing staff ever. Book it! Mohamed took us out through the city and everyone there made us feel safe and warm. A total gem.

Patricia at the front desk was an absolute godsend helping me with everything I needed, from helping with my check in (I don’t speak Dutch) to getting me a much better room.

I stay at this hotel at several times a month, as I work closeby. It's the best value for money hotel I've ever encountered - yes the room is basic, but the mattrass and the pillow are super comfy. What stands out most in this hotel is the people who work there. Those behind the reception, behind the bar, or making your eggs in the breakfast space. There is not a question they can't answer, and they do everything to help you. I hurt my back last time before arriving, and the receptionist took my suitcase to my room for me. I'm also a tea drinker - there's a coffee maker (espresso) available in the room, but I always get a kettle and can make my selection of teas. The restaurant has sublime food as well. And even there, they go above and beyond. On my second night last time I suffered a migraine but had planned to eat in the restaurant - a challenge when ligth and noise sensitive. I went down to order, told them about the migraine, and they immediately said no problem, food will be delivered to your room (they normally don't do room service as far as I'm aware), go rest, we'll drop by. Amazing!

The room had such a cozy atmosphere and the patio doors opened right up to "moat" and the ducks. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio.

Conveniently located, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed

The rooms were spacious, bed was confortable. Large bathroom with a nice shower. On site parking and quite close to a few restaurants.

The ambience of the antique structure, the attention of the staff, the size of the suite was just absolutely remarkable. They used some very fine toiletries and they were always ready to accommodate if I had a request. Coffee was always available to me and plenty of it which is a sustenance for me.

Friendly helpful staff, clean room. The hotel has had a refurbishment since last year, and the difference was lovely. Such good value and easy to get to and from the town or facilities.

This small town hotel has everything you need. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very nice and helpful
