One of the best experiences we have had - right on the canal - wonderful place, wonderful location, great city and awesome hosts

The room was clean, and cosy, it was a very quiet place and the staff was really helpful.

The breakfast was excellent. It was nice to have an option for a freshly made omlet.

A lovely luxurious place to spend time in Utrecht. Conveniently in the city centre and with great rooms.

Beautiful well thought out room in a great location. They thought about everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Fantastic rain shower, mini fridge, blue-tooth speaker, coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses & cutlery, even earplugs & umbrellas you can borrow. The staff in the greenhouse shop are extremely friendly & very helpful. I had an issue with the bedding because I'm allergic to feathers & forgot to check when I booked, they sorted it out with hypoallergenic bedding with no problem & were very kind about it! No issues leaving our bags after check out. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

The room was not big, but well thought out - there is a place for clothes, the possibility of making coffee and tea. The bathroom was very comfortable, the shower faucet was very convenient to use. The location is ideal - the train station is next to it, as well as the old town, the canals are very close. The view from breakfast was very awesome and I sat in one place every morning watching the movement on the street.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean with a beautiful painting above the bed, the breakfast was rich and delicious, a baby cot was waiting in the room. The location is right in the center, and Utrecht is beautiful.

Super friendly host, great communication before the trip, very nice and special room

The location was unbelievable. Very Central to lots of restaurants and sights. The room was lovely and had everything we needed and very clean. The host John was very kind and helpful. I would go as far to say, it is the best accommodation I have stayed in.

Position Finely furnished Comfortable View

Location is superb, so are the hostel hosts, who were always willing to answer my questions and help me put with a smile on their faces. The pods are comfy as well as the bathroom and the distribution of the rooms and toilets. Would definitely come back. The place in general has a nice vibe and a good brunch.

I loved the hotel. Definitely will come back and stay in ground floor. I loved the location and how surrounded by greens and water. Rooms are super spacious and washroom's finishing and marble is so luxurious.

Great quite location, 15-20 min from the center, comfy beds and nice hotel

Great place, walking distance from the train station, beautiful view. There was a supermarket nearby as well.

Amazing rooms, concept design, comfortable beds, and very quite night sleep. Loved the breakfast and attention. Exceptional experience

Care for the environmental sustainability of products services and food. The staff is very kind .

Love this hotel, from the decor to the location, garden, restaurant and the amazing breakfast.

Excellent hotel in the city center, big bed, and shower with strong current. Nice and kind staff who helped with everything. I arrived early thinking of leaving my bag but the room was ready.
