It was very central and well organized

The hotel is right in the centre. Reception employees were very helpfull. For the room I had requested a walk-in shower due to disabilities. And it was a nice and comfortable one.

Good modern hotel just right in front of the central station that was quite a challenge to find the entrance to the hotel. We were surprised it was right in the middle of shopping center all in all good value for money I recommend

Location can't be better, few steps from old center on one side, 5min walk to fair.

Perfectly situated by the canal, and the rooms were wonderful. The bed was like sleeping on air. We loved the place, and are coming back for sure.

The room was amazing and very clean. All facilities in the room were simply fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the room was really silent. Staff is very friendly and they have a nice coffee hour in the morning where you can get coffee for 2.50 Euros - not a bad deal at all for the Netherlands! I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything about my stay was flawless, the bed was huge, super comfortable, the illumination in the room was a very nice extra thing to have, I would love to come back!

I would say the property is very amazing clean and tidy. I love the decoration. The vibes. The best point is the location. If you like to walk just walk from Utrecht central station for 12 minutes. But if you like to take a bus from the Uttech central station just need 1 stop and walk for 2 minutes. Very easy to access. Very close to the supermarket. Also if you looking to have a nice dinner and drink just walk 3 minutes from the hotel you will see many restaurants with a nice view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely, I will be back for spring.

The facility was very close to cafe & restaurants. Staff was very kind and helpfull. Everything was clean.

I loved the hospitality of the staff, I had requested for a hair dryer and they had a slight delay in providing me with the same (which was perfectly fine by me) and to make up for it, they wrote a VERY cute note for me and gave me a chocolate. The little things count. I felt safe and taken care of while living at the Eye hotel and would recommend it to all female solo travellers.

The hotel is very close to train station and located in the shopping mall. It is very convenient for everything. The staff of hotel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good too.
