The staff were excellent as the owner was really helpful. She ensured that we would maximise our time and provided us with great tips to visit the right places with the right transportation. The room was very comfortable with all the things one needs and with a modern bathroom. There was an excellent view on the sea.

Hop on the tram 23 at Beurs and travel by tram over the...

Hop on the tram 23 at Beurs and travel by tram over the bridge and walk back its a lovely view. For Cruise passengers exit the cruise terminal and cross the road to the tram stop take the no 23 heading towards the city its only 2/3 stops to get into the heart of the city if you want to go to the Markal get off at Beurs and cross the tram lines look for the tram 21 and it takes you to Blaak which is directly opposite the Markal. Pay for your tram with your tap bank cards make sure you tap on and off the tram and this works out way cheaper than taxi

Hotel furniture and decor is a bit dated but looks clean. Hotel is a 20min walk from Rotterdam central, across the Erasmus bridge. We did not get the breakfast option but dinner at main restaurant was very good.

This hotel exceeded our expectations greatly. The space is very cool with lots of design, and the rooms were perfect for a long weekend stay. Great location, right next to the Erasmus bridge, and metro line. Really great communal spaces for relaxing too!

Excellent location on the river, close to the Erasmus bridge and within walking distance of the city centre and some of the main tourist attractions. Hotel guests had access to the roof terrace with views over the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and everything was spotlessly clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, very comfortable, and the amenities were great. The location is definitely one of its biggest strengths: right in the city center, directly opposite McDonald's and close to shops, restaurants. It is also only a 12-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station and about 20 minutes from the Erasmus Bridge. One experience I highly recommend while visiting Rotterdam is taking the Water Taxi. It was a lot of fun and a unique way to see the city.

I booked a River View room and the view upstream along the river and of Erasmus Bridge which is close to the hotel was excellent. It was interesting to sit and watch the river traffic. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, There was no clutter or fluff.

Comfortable and modern Room, Bathroom was also great, friendly Staff. The Hotel is relatively good located so that you can visit many beautiful places in the City, We’ve heard the Metro is nearby but we still wanted to take a nice walk in the City, to the Erasmus Bridge we walked about an hour which in my opinion was a nice walk. There’s also a very close Shopping Mall, about 10 minutes away from the Hotel and on the other side of the Hotel is also a nice Park where you can go for a stroll.

Location is in the city centre by the famous Erasmus bridge but also on the very rush cross with heavy traffic all day and night. Rooms are ok for few days but small and the equipment is poor.
