Breakfast and staff was really nice.

The new hotel at the best address. Room is tiny and clean and warm. The washroom is very big and clean. If I come to The Hague next time. I will choose here again. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends who travel here. Prettyyyyy good.

Super nice! I was able to check in earlier, that I am very thankful for. Asked for the charger and immediately got it. Very useful information about the city, museums, location and getting around. Very helpful - and very nice!

Location is good,just outside city centre with tram stop just 2 minutes away.

All aspects of the hotel were great.

This is a very nice and modern hotel in the centre of The Hague. It is about 100 metres from the centre so it is in a calm area but still very close to the action.

Breakfast was great. Healthy options. As well as champagne and orange juice mimosas. Front desk staff were very helpful. Helping with a quiet room at the back of the property looking into a nice landscape.

High ceiling room was beautiful, very soft bed, and nice clean bathroom

Everything was beyond wonderful. I loved the common area (so green and beautiful!), the free coffee and tea options, the tranquillity of the interior, the comfort of the apartment and the view on the city, the laundry machine and dryer which were freely available (including washing powder). The staff did a fantastic job! This hotel is a bit pricey and if you travel by car, it is a nightmare to find parking in the area. Otherwise, it's a delight to stay here. I will certainly come back.

I choose the smallest room, but still OK.. Location is good, near Centrum Den Haag, Walk 3 - 4 minute to Tram Halte

Very comfortable hotel. It's possible to check in until late and that's a very positive aspect. Quite big room and quite big bathroom with a nice warm shower. Very big and comfortable bed. The WiFi connection worked perfectly

Comfortable room, clean and tidy. The bathroom was larger than average and well laid out. Although the room is in the heart of town, the windows are double glazed, so it was very quiet. The hotel is very close to the gallery (Girl With The Pearl Earring) and all the best bars and restaurants, we didn't need to use public transport at all.

Friendly staff and helpful. Clean and excellent location. Although I read before the trip some comments about the breakfast, the buffet was full, and there was always a space to sit regardless the holidays season. And because of very early checkout they had prepared a breakfast bag on the go.

Room was very clean and up to date. Arrival area had character, warmth and wasn't sterile like some modern chains can be. Breakfast quality exceeded our expectations. All day access to a decent cup of coffee/tea, particularly on cold winter days, made the experience both convenient and more personable. The hotel had a key card issue and staff went out of their way to make things comfortable and ensure things ran smoothly. Very impressed.

it’s renovated and the location.

Fantastic place, great area and so close to city centre but also so quiet. Price was really really good and our room amazing with the view and shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Bed with mattress which you can set up level of hardness. I strongly recommend this hotel :)))
