The history, decor, furniture was amazing. Receptionist was super polite and helpful. Comms prior to arriving was perfect. Walk in wardrobe with the old safe doors wwas amazing

My stay at the hotel was exceptional since I arrived at the property. The location was perfect and super convenient, the staff were all so kind, helpful and accommodating, the room was clean, spacious, bed was really comfortable, incredible amenities and views, the hotel breakfast was one of the best ones I've ever had! I will make sure to stay in the same hotel again when I return.

The reception was kind, the room was spacious and included a sitting area and from the window we looked over the Maas. The bed was perfect and everything worked in the bathroom. Also a very nice breakfast. And all interior decorations were tasteful.

The hotel was very affordable, offering great value for the price. The stay was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my time there.

The building was funny chinees, they have a store inside, a bar and a chinees restaurant.

Excellent location. Near to the tram and tube station, water bus pier, and the nearby sightseeing spots. Several cafes and restaurants near the hotel too.

Very friendly stuff. Very communicative, flexible and helpful. We stayed for 3 days at the whirlpool room. I asked due to celebration reasons, if I could get the room romantically decorated. It got nicely done and free of charge. Impeccably clean hotel and rooms (great housekeeping team). Well located, close to all the tram lines and the Q-Park parking house (5min walk). The balcony and the room size were big for a hotel room & for dutch standards. We loved it. And the open view. Minibar, air condition, heating system, fan, were a huge plus. Felt really like I am at my house. Also a plus was the quantity and variety of coffee sticks and tea bags.
