Excellent breakfast and location

The hotel is located in the centre of the city making it very convenient to reach anywhere on foot. The hotel is lovely and the staff are really friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast is plentiful with a large choice of different food. The hotel is very comfortable and although the hotel has quite a number of rooms and it was quite busy it is very quiet.

Stunning view, very good location and great people

I arrived very tired and disappointed at other hotel. Yet, Salmak, the host at the time, made me feel at ease. He quickly found me a room and provided me with useful information about the room, the hotel, the supermarket, the tram, everything.

Good value for money. Ideal location.

Amazing location and really lovely and modern interior, everything we needed and more for our short stay :) very pleased.

All you need in one place. Motel, Restaurant, Petrol station and much more. Accommodation wasn't superb but good enough for one night stay. I've got a bigger room but I didn't need it. Very basic bathroom, although I've had my own.

Breakfast was fantastic there was a great variety and we really liked that they provided smoothies. Staff were always friendly and very helpful especially Erland. Location was easy walking distance to many attractions and eateries. Great location to the train from the airport as well.

No 13 Hotel was a funky modern hotel.

Second stay at the hotel, we liked the style of the room, close to all shops, we also liked the food at the restaurant, and the historical atmosphere of the building. Plus, this time we had a very special room. Thanks to the team for making us feel so special. We will never forget room 323.

The hotel is near with all the attraction place. I just walk around.below and infront of the hotel has mall and grocery. The room also is like what in the picture.

Very centrally located (walking distance to the most important sights, light rail from the airport and railway station). Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Highly recommended. Will surely come back!

The location was central - close to restaurants, main attractions in Bergen and public transport. The staff were extremely helpful in all respects. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in a large room for 4 people with a park view in which an additional bed was added (we were 5 in total: 2 adults and 3 Kids). The view over the park and lake was amazing.

Great location, right in the center, all the cultural action around. Delicious breakfast, helpful staff.
