I arrived very tired and disappointed at other hotel. Yet, Salmak, the host at the time, made me feel at ease. He quickly found me a room and provided me with useful information about the room, the hotel, the supermarket, the tram, everything.

The highlight of this hotel for me and my wife was its location. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city and a few minutes walk from everything you might need. The hotel is part of a large chain and the professional behavior of the staff confirms this fact. We had no problems with our arrival, stay and departure. Our room was warm, adequate and quiet. Officers obeyed the “Do not disturb” request at the door. It was a nice experience to find household appliances such as a refrigerator and kettle in the room, which was not possible at the Scandic Solli Oslo we visited later. The choice at breakfast was adequate but not spectacular.

Located next to Bergen Train Station, designer hotel Zander K is a 3 minute walk from Bergen city center. Each room includes a flat-screen TV. All rooms have a private bathroom fitted with a shower.

The free tea and coffee was so great 😀 especially after being out in the cold. This was 24/7 machine. We are travelling around Scandinavia and in some places I even had to pay for hot water. The breakfast was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
