Private parking space, friendly staff, clean facilities, they even offered me room upgrade for free!

We found this hotel exceeded our expectations. We were met with very friendly staff on arrival. We were early and the staff immediatley offered us an upgrade to access a room earlier. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. It was relaxing to just stay at the hotel. The restaurant was very good

Very friendly staff, made me a take away breakfast. Rooms are large and new with everything you need.

Staff very helpful. Megan even brought our passports to the train station when we realised that we had left them in the safe.

In is close to Hagley park. The staffs are friendly. Mini kitchen, washing machines.

Room was really nice and comfortable .staff a very helpful.good shower ensuite .room very quite and well lit with sky light which can be closed at night for darker room.would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Warm personal welcome. Felt like home from home. The friendliest hotel we have stayed at! Fantastic location. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the great hands-on managers. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Magnificent breakfast. We felt very welcome and the boutique feeling is so much nicer than the huge crowded hotels. The porter (sorry, forgot his name) was really good with the kids and friendly overall which made the arrival very positive. Small great touches here and there that make it such a good experience to stay at the George. I would travel to Christchurch just for staying at the George.

Bathroom and toilet separate booth. So one need not wait another to take shower. Very close to airport as in few hundred footsteps. Check in was super fast. Hassle-free. Pillows were ample.

Close to the airport, local bus (no 5)to Christchurch city centre 2 mins away, about 20 mins to city centre. Woolworths supermarket 2 mins away Good value got money

Fabulous and opulent suite in a heritage building . Everything you could want is at your disposal . Kitchen , dining table , washer/dryer, pool, gym and situated right in the centre of Christchurch. Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were quiet.
