Excellent facilities and exceptional staff. I will definitely come back again. Staff were attentive and obliging. The gym facilities were top-notch. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean and outstanding service from all staff from reception, the bar, the cleaner - everybody!

The room and facilities were fine. It was an inside room, so no window. Very efficient and I could walk from the bus. Restaurant was good and handy-right on the way in!

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, especially Josh went out of his way to treat my injured knee and foot with excellent first aid skills and genuine care for customers. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Christchurch in New Zealand.
