Not the ideal room, but close to our needs. Great supportive crew, had an excellent conversation with the owner on a number of occasions, very helpful. Has a great alpine chalet vibe with a really cosy bar overlooking the volcano. Good family room with bunks and nice fresh white linen. Even though the hotel is slightly dated the proper hotel linen makes everything feel clean and fresh. They had a games room and kids area which was great for the kids - they loved it.
