Decor and the most comfortable bed

Our room was spacious, the bed huge and comfortable and the bathroom well designed and roomy. Very clean throughout with kettle and minibar teabags/instant coffee provided. The very impressive hotel was central to buses shops and great nearby restos. Pool Jacuzzi with free towel access was great.Customer service was exceptional especially Katerina on the reception who is an asset, warm and happy to help with anything.

The bads are very comfortable, everything was clean, very good breachfast. Staf is profesional

Nice hotel, great breakfast and super location

Great value for money, everything was clean and the room was overall cosy. Effortless check-in with all instructions provided before the arrival. There is a nice kitchen with all the equipment and a great terrace to dine outside. We enjoyed our stay!

Hotel with an incredible view, big and clean, nicely decorated. Great comfortable rooms with a view too. Great service and a plus side is that they included free breakfast (complete breakfast buffet) and beds for babies. Would stay here again. Was surprised by the price/ quality ratio. It's located next to ''Jardins do Palácio de Cristal'' a big tourist point, and just a 20 minute walk to Aliados.

Shopping and restaurants not too far to walk. City center for attractions was busy as expected.

Staff's friendliness and openess to all types of questions, Spanish, Portuguese, English and a little bit of German is spoken by some of the staff, good selection of breakfast (buffet), option for lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant (not included in stay, has to be paid seperately), good connection to bus and metro lines, near a shopping center/shopping street for various purposes (eating out, shopping, window shopping), own gym + changing rooms accessible,

Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is also really good. Good value for money.
