This hotel is very elegant and very comfortable. The breakfast has variety selections and we enjoyed a lot. The location is also very convenient for everywhere. We would definitely go back to this hotel again.

Everything was fabulous, the room was very cosy and clean. The service is top, they took care of every detail, they even left a note with some pastries. I loved this hotel, it is a great value for money.

Beautiful apartment with a lovely view

The room was huge, super clean as they clean it every day. The bed was super comfy.

The view is great, wifi works fine, the staff indeed works for your comfort and well being. The hotel welcomes you with tasting authentic Porto wine. Breakfast is generous and tasty. Countless restaurants within 5-10 min walk.

Loved the location. Walking distance to the main attractions, cafes and restaurants. The staff were great. On arrival we were offered a glass of Port and a pastel de nata and in our room was a little box of chocolates. The little things made it extra special.

Location was perfect. The hotel is extremely comfortable, especially when you enter, the lounge and bar is a comfortable spot to do anything.

We left extra early in the morning and they supplied us with a box breakfast! Above and beyond service. In the evening they knocked on our door with a bottle of water and chocolates, so appreciated!

Great location, comfortable room, ample and tasty breakfast. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. They were busy, but patiently took each and every question and request seriously to see how they could help make our stay exceptional. Bonus points for the honeymoon treats sent to our room. The hotel and our room were far bigger and nicer than I imagined they would be. Maria was particularly delightful and helpful in securing us a hard to get dinner reservation. Great place, highly recommend!
