Great hotel. Can't believe it's only two stars. It has everything you need for a short stay close to the airport too. There is a huge shopping mall 2 mins away that has literally everything you might need for your stay. The bed was super comfortable, check in and out was very easy too.

Great location near the end of the metro line. The room was superb with a beautiful bathroom and a hot shower. Food nice and the staff were friendly. Definitely stay again and very handy for camino walking.

Nice hotel, great breakfast and super location

The staff was super friendly. Extra big shoutouts to Jorge, who was an excellent host for breakfast and overnight. There was a woman night attendant who was also so helpful. Breakfast location overlooking the ocean was fantastic and so peaceful. Quality of the breakfast was also very satisfying, with local jams being a special highlight. We didn't realize our room would have a living space and a sleeping space, (As well as a bathroom with bidet!) and it was an excellent value for the price. The location in general was very convenient for being right on the ocean—a very quick bus ride to city center. 5 minute walk to the Praia dos Ingleses

Our room was spacious, the bed huge and comfortable and the bathroom well designed and roomy. Very clean throughout with kettle and minibar teabags/instant coffee provided. The very impressive hotel was central to buses shops and great nearby restos. Pool Jacuzzi with free towel access was great.Customer service was exceptional especially Katerina on the reception who is an asset, warm and happy to help with anything.

The bads are very comfortable, everything was clean, very good breachfast. Staf is profesional
