Great location. Modern. Good service

Fantastic location. Staff were exceptional, made you feel like nothing was too much. They went above and beyond to make you feel at home and looked after. Cannot recommend the hotel enough.

The location, rooms, service, staff

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed perfect location perfect breakfast

The hotel is located in an area of Vila Nova de Gaia with a wonderful view over Porto and the D.Luis bridge. The hotel is very nice but the highlight of the trip is definitely the staff. They were very professional, helpful, pleasant whether at the front office, the breakfast or else. They left many little attentions in the room that made the trip all the more special and we’d like to thank them all.

Location is perfect! The room was very clean and aircon worked well and fast. Staff were very attentive and friendly and gave some amazing suggestions on food and what to see.

Great location, lovely rooms, delicious breakfasts and the staff were very helpful. It was our second visit and it was just as good as the first.

Very nice location with very good staying

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Hotel was super nice. We had a spacious and beautiful room. Breakfast was excellent with warm dishes and fresh pastry. Location was ideal - all attractions can be reached by foot, lot of bars, restaurants and stores nearby. The service was excellent.

Room overlooking the river. Beautiful.

Good location, Nice atmosphere. Kind and helpful staff. Nice view from the windows!!!

Great location with fantastic internal and external design, felt much more expensive than I expected. Personnel were nice to me, very welcoming, and assisted me with certain issues better than I imagined. Additional thanks for a taste of Porto Wine after a long day of walking <3 I wish to return very soon!

Unique location, well-appointed interiors while maintaining heritage exterior. But the real excellence is the staff, courtesy and efficiency with an eye on the details.

One of the very few hotels in Europe where compromises with the quality of the services are not allowed, on the contrary, every detail and the personnel's attitude were client centric. Much impressed by the fact that our luggage, which we have put earlier in the storage room, was already delivered in the room prior our chech in. Every request or eish was satisfied. Thank you very much, indeed!

Cute room located in historical centre of Porto, very er clean, great breakfast, possibility to drink coffee or take snack also during the day free of charge.

I loved this apartment and great location

Breakfast was divine, great location (most of the sights were in walking distance), very comfortable and huge bed, staff is unbelievably kind and accommodating.

Great location, comfortable room, ample and tasty breakfast. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. They were busy, but patiently took each and every question and request seriously to see how they could help make our stay exceptional. Bonus points for the honeymoon treats sent to our room. The hotel and our room were far bigger and nicer than I imagined they would be. Maria was particularly delightful and helpful in securing us a hard to get dinner reservation. Great place, highly recommend!

Quiet luxury, great breakfast, lovely staff, top location. No noise from the street due to good window isolation. The beds are amazing!

Very nice hotel, excellent location with an amazing view and lovely staff. Thank you
