Amazing clean property. Very spacious rooms with good facilities. Also an amazing breakfast. Just about a seven minute walk to the Cornish perfect location. Staff are very helpful and professional.

I absolutely loved the elegance and exceptional atmosphere of the hotel. The décor is stunning, with a perfect blend of luxury and traditional Arabian style. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived. The suite was immaculate, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, offering complete privacy and tranquility after a long journey. Every detail—from the quality of the amenities to the service provided—reflected the highest standards of hospitality.

Our stay at Sheraton hotel was very pleasant, the premises, as well as our room were well kept and clean. The staff was always professional, helpful and nice. Breakfasts were phenomenal! And last but not least, the bed was incredibly comfortable.

An amazing hotel perfect for couples, families with kids, and solo travelers! All our needs were well taken care of. The hotel features a kids' club, a gym (including a dedicated section for women), and a swimming pool. There’s also a bar and restaurant, one of which is located on the rooftop, offering stunning views of Jeddah. We’re already looking forward to our next holiday at this fantastic hotel!

Good location. Nice large airy room.

Room with lounge was great Magnificent view of city from window Courtyard outside room Refrigerator, oven

The staff were amazing and the unit was very clean. I requested for late check out and accepted without any Q&A.

Very accommodating, very helpful, we landed after a change of flight at 4:30am and someone was there to help with bags. Room was what we needed as we were checking in to the hotel across the road later that day.
