Really large room and very clean. Staff were great. We missed our connecting flight so arrived a day later. They did not charge us for the missed day.

Great location and size of rooms

I had a pleasant 1-night stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, tidy and clean. Bathroom was quite nice too. The hotel staffs were very helpful and well-mannered. I would definitely re-book if I have the opportunity to go there again.

I just checked out Vivienda Hotel in Jeddah, and I must say, the hotel team’s exceptional flexibility and resilience genuinely impressed me especially Gilbert and Lizy. During my visit, I faced unforeseen changes in my plans, necessitating adjustments from three bedroom villa to one bed room due to illness of my friends. Hotle staff not only accommodated these changes seamlessly but did so without any penalty fees, which is quite rare in my experience knowing that I travelled more than 40 countries worldwide. Reception staff was so supportive and welcoming

Location is good. Breakfast for outside guest ( not from arabic country) for breakfast must have pasta like vegiterian piza Or olio spagety or fried rice and atherwise you can serve arabic breakfast also. But now your breakfast 100 % arabic. Some guest its not from arabic.
