Everything was simply excellent—fantastic breakfast, perfect location, and the hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable. I would especially like to highlight how they handled our specific situation. We arrived very early in the morning on a night flight and were already at the hotel around 6:30 a.m. We completed a pre-registration at reception, knowing that check-in wouldn’t be until 2 or 3 p.m. Since we were already familiar with their outstanding buffet breakfast from a previous stay, we asked if it could be added to our room and settled at check-out. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the kind receptionist invited us to enjoy breakfast free of charge, as we had arrived so early. She even offered us access to a bathroom so we could shower and change, which was incredibly thoughtful after a long journey. On top of that, we received a 100 SGD credit to spend within the hotel, which was very easy to use given their excellent selection of cakes and desserts. There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like. This was our third stay at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, and we will definitely return again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. The location is perfect, right in Marina Bay, allowing you to enjoy long walks around the bay or along the river for kilometers.
