Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and modernly designed, bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel a lot!

Close and well connected to most visit places in Singapore, very stylish and clean, comfortable and spacious rooms.

They offered me the late check out which was very helpful.

We stayed as a family with children and couldn’t fault the hotel. Our young daughter became ill and the staff were so helpful assisting in extending our stay, providing assistance with medical aretention and providing additional housekeeping during the night. Prior to that the facilities were excellent, the pool area is lovely and has great poolside bar. The buffet breakfast at Prego restaurant was delicious, plenty of variety and all fresh and good quality. The room was very comfortable, very well appointed and clean. We stayed on the 20th floor and the room had a very big balcony and view to the bay and of the Singapore flyer. Loved the smart lighting feature, automatic curtains which open when you enter the room and chilled filtered water dispenser. The hotel location is very convenient — easy walking distance to the Merlion Park and Esplanade, Haji Lane and Sultan Street, Clarke Quay and multiple shopping centres. The hotel also walks directly through into Raffles City with has many dining options and high end shops.
