Good location, friendly staff and clean rooms

Excellent location and hotel. Very friendly staff trying to do their best. Exceptional view from the floor 44. Everything clean and working properly!

I had a wonderful time in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. In addition, the room had all the necessary commodities and was very clean. The location of the hotel is great, near Bugis Street, China Town and the City Hall. I will definitely stay there if I have the opportunity to go back to Singapore.

View of the marina bay sands and numerous breakfast restaurants. The turn down service was also fantastic

The standard double room we had was great! Very clean, nice bathroom and the first free drinks + coffee & tea are a nice touch. Very quiet as well and still in walking distance to everything! Amazing location. The rooftop pool is amazing with a great view over the city!

Always a pleasure staying at this cozy and comfortable boutique hotel. The rooms are not only clean and well-maintained but also have a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff are truly one of the highlights ,always greeting you with a genuine smile and going out of their way to make sure your stay is smooth and pleasant. From the little details in the room to the overall ambiance of the property, you can really feel the care and attention put into every guest’s experience. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Every time I return, I know I can count on the same level of comfort, friendliness, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such a personal touch, and that’s exactly what makes this hotel stand out. Whether it’s for a quick staycation or a longer stay, it’s always my go-to choice.

Everything and all of the staff! I felt very relaxed and comfortable I actually came back few times to stay between flights during my transits flights as I was travelling around Asia..

The best hotel in Singapore. I think The Raffles(heritage & luxurious) and Sands(Wonderful & Infinity pool) are two top in this city.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The personnel (Diana and Aini) were great.

The best thing about this property is hands down their staff. Their impeccable attention to details and guest needs was excellent , notably Joanna from housekeeping made our stay even more comfortable

Well i took it for one night And i took room with windows Actually for the perfect price in Singapore I was satisfied and i enjoyed my night there

Stayed for a quick transit. We toured the city and had a good rest.

Great housekeeper! Good location which is near MRT

Great location, quiet room, modern and clean. Small, but its ok for one night. Suitable for backpackers, we travel without big suitcases, there is no room for a large suitcase.
