Good hotel, good value and good service

Location was a bit hard to get to but it was worth the stay

Comfortable bed and hot shower, easy location for buses

This place is spacious and airy in a city where accommodation like this is hard to find. The rooms are big and clean. The restaurant has a nice relaxed vibe. There are two pools and numerous tennis courts and other club facilities. Excellent proximity to the botanic gardens too.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable, great bed, bathroom and a rooms a really good size, compared to most hotel rooms in Singapore, which are often tight. This was not the case at Jen Tanglin. The Metro rail terminal was opposite the hotel entrance, making it easy to go anywhere in Singapore. It was also a comfortable walking distance to the Singapore botanical gardens. We didn't have a room rate with breakfast, but there was a fabulous Cafe in the adjacent small mall and this was connected to the hotel by a direct corridor on the second floor. The coffee was also great there and breakfast was a fraction of the cost in the hotel. There's also a great supermarket along with other small restaurants in the same mall. Couldn't fault the location and would definitely book here again the next time in Singapore. The pool was fantastic too, with pool towels available. Previously stayed st the Mecure next to Chinatown and JEN Tanglin is a significantly better hotel. Top marks from us.

The friendly reception that provide all informations we need, even about the eatery around and transportation. The hotel always smell so nice and not crowded. The lift works really fast and the place is quiet, room is great, nice food around with 7 eleven nearby.

Pool was up and running, still in soft stage of refurbishing n renovations. We loved our stay here, will definitely be back in near future. Thanku David n staff

The location was in a nice neighborhood- not too crowded and is very near the bus stop and convenience stores, too! The staff was very helpful when you needed help transferring rooms.

I had a Garden Room with a beautiful terrace and open view over the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood was very nice and calm. The staff friendly and helpful. Indeed a very, very nice experience in a beautiful hotel.

The employees of park avenue rochester are wonderful. There is a shopping mall besides the hotel. Maybe one good choice for NUS related things.

Amazing pool with wonderful garden, peaceful place

Ideal location (near Stevens MRT). A quiet place to wind down after a tiring day.

Excellent throughout, could not fault the stay at all

The rooms are really nice & spacious. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is very courteous & helpful. The hotel is centrally located. Travelling to any part of Singapore is super easy from there.
