The resort blends beautifully into the surrounding rainforest, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere, perfect for families. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall design felt modern yet warm. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re traveling with kids or looking to disconnect from the busy city and reconnect with nature. We combined our stay with a visit at the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari. The breakfast experience was truly outstanding and deserves a special mention. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of cuisines, with different kitchens serving both Western and Asian dishes, making it easy for everyone to find something they love. From freshly prepared eggs and baked goods to Asian comfort dishes, fresh fruit, everything was well presented and tasted excellent. What really stood out was the quality and freshness of the food, combined with the calm, nature-filled setting, it made breakfast feel relaxed rather than rushed. Even with families and children around, the experience remained smooth and well organized. A perfect way to start the day and one of the highlights of our stay. All in all, this is a beautiful resort that delivers on comfort, atmosphere, and service. We would absolutely stay here again and happily recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-focused getaway in Singapore.

Not the first time staying at this hotel. There is the new MRT TE line right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to quickly get around everywhere using public transport as there are also many bus lines that run within close proximity.

The friendly reception that provide all informations we need, even about the eatery around and transportation. The hotel always smell so nice and not crowded. The lift works really fast and the place is quiet, room is great, nice food around with 7 eleven nearby.

Great neighborhood, which gives you all the amenities you, whilst still being close to the city centre, and all tourist attractions. The near by mall has a great selection of grocery stores and a diverse food court. The room has a good size, with a full fridge and kitchen. Both turned out to be more helpful than I initially thought. The staff of this hotel is extremely helpful and friendly. I’d come back here anytime!

The location was in a nice neighborhood- not too crowded and is very near the bus stop and convenience stores, too! The staff was very helpful when you needed help transferring rooms.

It was lovely to stay and we had a really relaxing time at the pool and in the vicinity.

Great for a family (2 bed suite)

Pls put some miniral water inside the room and most of the time I book the facility I don't the get the chance of bqueen size bed and also get the twin bed even though I put a request when I'm doing the booking

The playground, the swimming pool and how kids friendly everything is. They prepared a teppee in the room and special kids package for my son too😍

Starting from the reception, that was a friendly welcome. The rooms were so beautifully designed and comfortable and the view was exceptional.
