Staff on the ground floor were very helpful. When I arrived I needed cash to pay a driver and they paid him for me and allowed me to add this to my bill. This took the stress out of the situation and I was most grateful. They did not hesitate to help me!

Good location. Train station and shopping centre down stairs. Easy to get all kinds of food from surrounding.

Very clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. Breakfast outstanding.

Everything. The location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast. Everything was on point. Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. They have a shuttle to and from the MRT station. Breakfast had lots of variety to choose from, and a mall right by the hotel.

10/10 for this hotel! My family and I stayed here for 4 nights during their short trip here in Singapore. It's a simple and decent looking hotel and we're very satisfied with everything. 1 — it's neat and clean 2 — love the water pressure and heater! 😁 3 — the staff are all accommodating and super nice! They helped us out a lot with our needs and concerns. Shout-out to Ms Jessica for helping us out. 4 — it's also close to some convenience store and food parks, and the bus stop. Overall, we loved staying here. Definitely gonna consider staying here again.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and feels just like home. I requested two extra pillows at night and the receptionist happily arranged it for us. I also left my charger behind and they kindly kept it for me — really appreciate that! Great location, excellent service, and totally worth the price. Will definitely come back again!

We drove from Kuala Lumpur and very tiring, just wanted to get some rest. Once we enter the hotel, we saw ample car park spaces,, we think this would be our favourite hotel next time, we guess because we were lucky this time, we got parking space despite random past review complaining about spaces. Considering the room value for money,since Ringgit dropped too much recently 💸, we don't mind praise for 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review . Hotel setting just moderate & simple according to budget. Not much fussy regulations, during check in ,with basic amenities given by a standard hotel complimented with kettle, cups, jug, toiletries, clean towel, no bed bugs, no horror nightmare dream, happy sleep, fast elevator, views from room, and safe hotel to stay for the fun evening later at night. We like it ! Very retro.🥰 Plus mini market and eating places nearby the hotel and opposite the Shaw Plaza shopping mall.

I like that they have cleaned the room daily with new sets of towels, toiletries, blankets, and bedsheets. The staffs are friendly and approachable as well.

Liked everything about the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we liked the hotel room too. Even though the room was a little small, it was with all the facilities and value for money. Walking distance to the bus station and convenient stores

We booked a mint den indicating that it was for 4 people. Actually it was for 3 persons. The manager Kesley helped us to find a bigger room and it made our stay of 10 days very comfortable. Thank you for your flexibility. Then we had to extend our stay by 1 night. The reception helped to extend one night at an affordable price. This was very much appreciated. Thank you again to One Farrer Hotel staff for making our stay at your hotel a very memorable one.
