Hotels near The Cathay, Singapore

We’ve got upgraded room for free, and this of course made our stay in Singapore 3 times more enjoyable.

Everything was great, location, hygiene, hospitality.

Breakfast just ok Location is excellent

It was my first stay here and I enjoyed the convenience of it being near an mrt station and a bus stop ( albeit up the hill). The hotel has a simple but attractive and neat decor. Staff are so helpful and polite. The restaurant had value-for-money meals and the swimming pool was greatly appreciated!

Location is excellent: 2 minutes walk from Bras Basah MRT Breakfast at Hotel Waterloo has a good spread. Must commend on the Executive Chef who went out of his way to make an omelette that was the Japanese style - flavourful, and a little runny on the inside. The staff were on hand to help with the digital check-in too!

We loved this place. Great location,beautiful rooms,staff were lovely. Pools are amazing. Absolutely recommended.

Great location. Staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly. Free daily restocked fridge was great - so nice coming back after a busy day sightseeing to a freshly cleaned air conditioned room with refreshing cold drinks in the fridge !!!!

Everything was just perfect! I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2008 and it has never disappointed me. It’s my favourite place! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Polite and supportive staff at reception, cleanliness, hassle free checkin and checkout, excellent location. Near to MRT (metro), bus stop, shopping streets.

Location was right next to the train. Which made it easy to commute.

Great location Bencoolen metro station right beside the hotel, the beds where comfortable and the room was clean.

I love the location it’s at the center . The pkace is quite, the ambiance is so refreshing at the entrance because of the orchids that’s catches my attention.There’s also a free breakfast which serves daily. iThe hotel is popular that the grab driver knew the place easily. The bus and tube is close at the hotel. Restaurants , 7/11 store are just across the street. For those tea lovers this place is best for you because there’s also a Tea store across the street And the most i love is there’s a Money Changer infront of the hotel .Bugis Street is just close by foot and Bugis Mall too .and there’s a local foods or restaurants close to Bugis Mall which is worth of money.

Great location, decent -sized room (larger than what I had on my last visit so they obviously have some different sized ones), staff much more pleasant than my last stay. No complaints whatsoever.

The location is very good and it is very clean. The bed was very big and comfortable.

Staffs are very generous, room is clean with all requirements met. Location is great just walk 2 mins from MRT station.

I love the location, first and foremost. The staff, especially in F&B were polite and helpful, beyond their peers. The reception was efficient. The hotel is more than what I expected.

We were only here for a couple of nights, so it was fine for what we needed. We were very thankful for AC.
