Super customer oriented thinking, welcome drinks , greeting plate with guest’s name in the room and goodbye gifts, helped me to talk to Grab driver to ensure I can reach the bus station back to Bangkok. Everything feels great. Location is also quite ok, though not beach front it’s near to the famous cicada market and another food market.

    I think they offer a great service with 10 busses daily...

    I think they offer a great service with 10 busses daily going directly to Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok and also offering services to Pattaya. It has a nice open air roofed waiting area with a small kiosk and comfortable chairs. Best and cheapest way to reach there: take a green TukTuk towards north (they start at Sa Song Road at the level of Chatchai Market), get off at the Hua Hin Airport and walk another 300 m towards north along the highway. From the airport facing north you can already see a huge red roof on the right side which is practically where the Bus Station is located- easy to find and reach! otherwise especially with huge luggage you can always hire a taxi!

    The hotel is relatively new and has a modern design. Top notch rooms equipped with jacuzzi if you opt for the higher floors or a room with pool access for the ground options (It is amazing). The staff are very professional and helpful. It’s situated right in between 2 big malls and the Hua Hin bus station is right across the property.
