The location is perfect for exploring the Oldtown. It's well designed. For the narrow building, the room is quite spacious and comfortable. Because there are only 3 rooms, it's very private. It's like chilling at home. The staffs is very friendly. Also, the food is excellent. For breakfast, we got to sample food from popular restaurant. We also had one dinner at the hotel and the food was very delicious.

What truly sets Tae Raek Antique Hotel apart, however, is the exceptional kindness of your staff. During our stay, my husband fell unwell, and we were overwhelmed by the support we received. **Ms. Cho** from your management team went far beyond her duties—she not only arranged for his transfer to the hospital but also accompanied us there, acting as a translator and providing unwavering support until my husband was discharged. Her dedication and compassion during such a difficult time were nothing short of extraordinary. We were also deeply touched by the personal care shown by your **hotel owner**, who visited us to ensure we had everything we needed and insisted we reach out for any further help. This level of empathy and attention from both your staff and leadership is rare and unforgettable. Returning to Tae Raek Antique Hotel felt like coming home, and this experience has only strengthened our trust and admiration for your team.
