This is truly a quintessential Istanbul experience—to travel back in time and stay in a historic building by the famous Bosphorus, reengineered once more recently and curated in detail by Vakko, one of the most elegant and famous fashion brands in Turkey. The location is perfect, the rooms are exquisite, and the staff is absolutely incredible! Special thanks to our Butler, Bilal, who thought about every little detail even before we arrived and made us feel like 17th-century Sultans. As a very frequent global traveller, I have never witnessed such elegance, attention to detail, and professionalism in any crew like I have experienced with Bilal and his colleagues at Vakko Hotel Sumahan. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful hotel with lovely, helpful staff. Great restaurants in the lobby. We ate many meals there and we're happy with them. Loved the crispy bread basket with olive oil dip that gets put on the table. Rooms are comfortable.

We visited the hotel many times because it is a nice place .Very comfortable and in a good location! All the staff are incredible!.We arrived at two o'clock night and they arranged everything immediately.Help us with baggage and the car . Fantastic place !I strongly recommend it!

Everything was perfect the staff were very helpful, the location was great, one elevator from the mall the room was comfortable and clean with nice view of the city if I go again to Istanbul I won't think about another hotel

The staff at the hotel were outstanding and extremely helpful, attentive, and professional. I would like to give special recognition to Suleyman Ulu, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He was incredibly proactive, anticipating our needs almost before we even asked, and handled everything with remarkable professionalism and warmth. His dedication and attention to detail truly made our experience memorable.

Sheraton istanbul levent is my favourite choice in istanbul. First of all I want to thank Burak bey for his kindness, due to our late flight we arrived after midnight and he was more than helpful, he gave us a very beautiful and spacious room . All the staff are kind and welcoming. The cleanness in this hotel is perfect . The location also is very convenient being near all transportations .
