Near the WhiteHouse and other landmarks for tourism.

Room is clean and the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Ms Chantà and night shift front staff are so good, let us feel at home. We appreciate them and definitely recommend you hotel to my friends.

Kitchenette in room was amazing! Friendly staff. Lovely neighborhood

Hotel is new. All futniture is looking modern and clean. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at AKA Hotel.

The location was exceptional. We easily took the metro from our Amtrak arrival and our Reagan airport departure. The metro station was a 5 minute walk and it was a 20 min walk to the Lincoln memorial. So we had a choice of walking or taking the metro. The hotel itself was excellent, as indicated in my prior responses. The front desk staff was very helpful and positive in their attitudes. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. The 7 am coffee in the lobby was a definite plus. However, there was a coffee maker in the room, but the coffee in the lobby had real milk or cream.

I like everything, especially the staff. They are very friendly, polite, and professional. They know exactly what their guests need. The location is excellent, and the room is comfortable and cozy.

Superb staff, service, food. Staff went above and beyond their duty to fulfill my needs.

The check-in staff from Swaziland: S Africa & Ethiopia. So refreshing.

I want to give a special thanks to Yanni who was so kind and patient during breakfast time. My mother was struggling with some things and she took the time to show her around and help her get what she needed

The staff are so friendly and helpful

Excellent location, good value for money. Breakfast was good too.

The check in/out processes are self-done (quick and convenient)! I like that there is a water station at every floor. They offers a $15 dollar breakfast voucher at the coffee shop cross the street (at max you can get a grab and go- coffee and croissant). There is a beautiful lounge room with coffee machine, water and tea.

Super quick lifts, huge soft beds, beautiful big and well designed rooms, very clean and modern, amazing bar downstairs aswell as a cafe connected to the building, good gym too! This is washingtons new best spot!
