Very clean. Staff was sincere always said hello.

Staff was friendly and very polite

- toilets were equipped with bidets (شطافه) I would give them five stars for that alone as an Arab. -I was worried about the bed not being comfortable based on previous reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Mattress is medium in firmness and was extremely comfortable to sleep in.
