Location and facility were good. Definitely recommend for stays here

Classic older hotel in a great location with a good resturant and bar.

The staff and service was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Very nice and clean good location close to the basketball stadium

A lovely place to stay with everything you need in your room . Clean , comfortable and a combination of old and new style . Would stay again and also recommend!

The room is so spacious and great for traveling in a larger group setting. The sofa in the room was a nice touch, just by being able to comfortably leave things without getting in the way of other people. Great shower pressure in the bathroom. Considering the average hotel breakfast, this one is way above that. It had lots of options and food wasn’t bland. The location is great, especially if you’re watching a show nearby.

Lovely ambiance, artsy, comfortable, quiet, pleasant staff, on-site restaurant, light and view from 9th floor.

walkable to lots to do. friendly staff. starbucks

Clean hot breakfast amazing bed

Location was great! Right next to Brady street and close to downtown.

Very close to everything , every time l go to Milwaukee l stay to your hotel, l had some family with me from canada, and they love the hotel, they only think it was the breakfast, almost nothing when l go downstairs, and they don't want to bring to more eggs, l will recommend that hotel to everyone looking fir a place to stay..

This place was so unique and beautiful inside and out. The location was walking distance to everything, but especially the Art Museum. We had 6 rooms booked and they were all unique.

Everything was just lovely, the whole vibe in the lobby, the friendly staff, the beautiful Christmas decorations. Just loved it

The front desk staff was outstanding!!! Very friendly and hospitable! All the staff was friendly and welcoming!

Walking distance to restaurants/bars and activities

Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for my needs.

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful; the location was outstanding; the desk staff was professional, friendly and helpful; the valet was kind and personable; the wait staff in the restaurant was welcoming and friendly; one of the housekeeping staff went way out of her way to help me when I was looking at the architecture of the building. It was nice to see how much she also appreciated the beauty of the structure.
