Great location with access to public transport and a lot lots restaurants and food stores, bank, etc. Between Little Italy and Chinatown. Very kind staff . The coffee machine didn't work and they gave me a new one. The room was big and clean. Great view from the balcony.

First time in SFO. Quite hotel. Close to main tourist places in the city. Easy to move around and walking distance to the piers. Free luggage storage. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect, everything is really close. The personal was really friendly and they even offered us to keep our bagage last day without any cost.

Location, just a short walk from Fisherman’s Wharf, pier 39, clean, friendly staff, comfortable.

Character of hotel lobby and rooms. Walking distance to most attractions. Plenty of restaurants around to pick from.

Breakfast was simple and good; cereals, fruit, yoghurts, bread and jams, coffee, tea , juices. Not a cooked breakfast. Handsome building with large common rooms and bar. Comfy bedroom and bathroom. Excellent position on Powell Street.

It is Four Seasons Hotel at the end:) The welcome was perfect, very helpful, very polite. We stayed only one night, the location was not perfect in my view in Business district which I couldn't realize when making my reservation, it all fit our expectations anyway so 9/10

Great location, room spacious, water refill station to reduce use plastic bottles, microwave at lobby to warm up food, can request for kettle to make hot water if need, booked for room only didnt try breakfast, recommend try opposite cafe de la presse also good breakfast options
