Close to our son’s home. Friendly desk people who had everything ready for us. Parking pass a big plus.

Facility was very clean with modern furnishings. Well located in Logan Square, and may be the only hotel-like option. Good rate. Refrigerator, microwave and Keurig.

Amazing all round experience. Leo and the reception team were very friendly and professional. Great gym, I feel like it's under utilised down there, but was perfect for me. Loved the in-room coffee and even the train noises weren't too disruptive! Will recommend.

Location, room size, and facilities, in the hotel, ease of access from O’Hare Airport, and the eateries which was located near by the hotel, hotel was also only been open for three months.

Just one train ride from the Airport. Very clean and new. Some restaurants in the same place. Free coffee and water. Good breakfast. It's near UNITED CENTER, can walk there.

Made a Little mistake at the booking, and booked the room at the same day but wrong year. The hotel was super helpfull and changed the booking When we made the Check in at no extra charge. Thank you so much!

It was in a fantastic location, a short walk to the train station and to the United Centre. The kitchen was well equipped and the complimentary breakfast was great. The beds were really comfortable!

Internet in the rooms could be better
