Fantastic location. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating !

Great room options for family of 5 - we added an extra night in with a different room option and staff were great at getting us in early with our luggage, very accommodating! Great wee shop and cafe onsite as well as restaurant next door. Rooms were great and very comfortable! Pool was perfect and great location to the theme park across the road with free shuttle.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming Good breakfast Nice and relaxing...not too crowded Convenient location to chill out before our cruise

Location was great for universal, awesome cafe on site, pool is great, rooms are spacious and comfortable This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint! Will be back.

Never went. so many restaurants around ihop dennys and in close range.

The environment is fantastic! The staff are friendly. Also it’s close to Universal Studios. I had really good time there!

Huge room and everything we needed for our stay. The staff was also so helpful and nice:)

Location, so I found it cheaper to get ride-shares instead of paying for $35 parking fee. Also breakfast (just avoid the turkey sausage). Very cheap if you are with your kids.

FREE BREAKFAST HOT DRINK, JUICE,MILK,BREAK,BEGAL EGGS,BECAN,HARSHBROWN,PANCAKE,FRUIT. ETC

New..clean. lovely room. Lovely staff.

The hotel was extremely well located and made it to easy to get to Universal Parks (Studios and IOA). The staff was super friendly and the warm complimentary cookies were such a nice touch.

Everything was good.Room were clean, stuff friendly, location was perfect. I saved some money and had a decent stay. Only coffee in the morning but IHOP is 2 min walking distance. It was very quet and close to everything. Thank you team for making my stay so good!

The place was clean, comfortable and the room spacious. Location was great.

Nice place, great roof top pool area

Good option of breakfast and near to many places.

Is close to universal, 8 min from there. The room is big enough, it has a pool and breakfast service

Location is very close to the Universal resort. Have good restaurants around the premises. Staff were nice and helpful for early checkout. Room was spacious and clean with all amenities.

Great location and free parking. It was easy to find and walked to Universal no problem.

Pretty decent hotel. 😀 ATM on the inside as well as restaurant by the same building. Walking distance to all essential shops.

Excellent reception by Mr Sandro De Oliveira, front desk supervisor, very helpful in all ways. Suggestion of eating please, things to do, best access to Universal. Very professional and friendly. Did go out of his way to help us. Rooms very clean, beds well made, very well lighted room. Good breakfast.

We had a wonderful time at this place. We can see the property is experiencing renovations, but anyway the hosts were extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, shower was great. Nice pool too. Special shout to the wonderfully polite Mr. Lino at breakfast, who managed to always help everyone. Hotel is remarkably close to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and City Walk (as in 5 minutes distance). There's a free shuttle at 8.50 AM to City Walk and at 6pm back to the hotel, but you can easily board an Uber and get there for less than 5 dollars each way. There's also a Denny's 30 yards away from the hotel open 24/7. Perfect for families with kids as you can walk to Denny's in less than 1 minute for a meal.

The room and its cleanliness were outstanding!

great location. There are good restaurants and bakeries nearby👌

Manager Nardia was incredibly friendly and helpful.
