Excellent personnel very helpful, location was near the stadium. Excellent breakfast as well and clean.

First & foremost, Ofelia on the front desk. Ofelia was the most friendly, helpful & informative hotel reception person we have met on our vacation in the USA & Canada. The hotel is in a great location near the cruise line piers, restaurants & Amtrak station to Vancouver. The attached bistro & bar is run by Gabe, a great guy to have a talk with. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Seattle.

The bed was very comfortable. The welcome drinks included orange juice, lemon-infused ice water, and plain ice water, and they were a refreshing break.

Fabulous hotel and staff. Excellent location. Loved the history.

Position, cleanliness, good size rooms

The property staff were extremely kind, allowing me to check in early for no charge as the room was free and also explaining nice attractions i could visit in the neighbouring areas

The suite was really nice and the breakfast was lovely. At first, I was little unhappy because they served only pork options but without even complaining they started adding turkey options every day.

Location was great. However, I wasn’t there long enough to order breakfast but I’ll definitely be back!

Great location, big room and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were fantastic, Tripp answered any questions we had and directed us to where we wanted to go. The breakfast was amazing.

The fun lights, mood lighting and chill vibes of the downstairs bar area, ability to do everything via the iPad.

Excellent location, the room was spacious, quiet and very reasonably priced. There was always coffee and cold water, as well as books and board games available in the lobby. Rooms were cleaned every day. Easy check-in and check-out.

Nice breakfast, very comfy beds, easy walk to lots of places of interest, located mid-way between cruise terminal and airport, ideal for overnight stay before long flight back to Australia

The staff were absolutely wonderful and really went above and beyond to make the stay special for us as we celebrated my sister's upcoming wedding. I would definitely recommend staying for a special occasion.
