Hotels near Prime Outlets, Fullers Earth

Service, food and location was excellent.

The hospitality of the lady on front she's always ready to help

Everything. Definitely the staff. Very friendly and understanding.

I like this hotel for a few reasons convenience close to the shopping mall and restaurants

It was very nice place, hotel and room. It was clean and the stuff tried to serve the guests.

Great family vacation My family has stayed here a few times and absolutely love it! The location and area is amazing. The kids always have fun at the pool. It's always clean and the staff is more than helpful. This last trip was very last minute to come see family for mothers birthday. In a rush I booked the WRONG WEEKEND! Stephanie at the front desk helped us move the date and was absolutely amazing and understanding about the accidental booking. Once we came in we got to meet this amazing employee who got us set up in a great room. She was wonderful and saved our vacation! This is the only time of year we get to see my husband's parents when they come up from Mississippi to see other family. You have a great employee and asset to this already amazing hotel! Thank you again to Stephanie and Dharmesh Patel for correcting my mistake and making my mothers birthday weekend great again. This will be the only place we stay when we come into town! If I could give 10 stars I would!

CLEAN!!! From desk staff was NICE and they didn’t have any stupid rules and i had the option to pay for a late checkout.

we liked the room, how clean it was, and how well the staff came every day to offer towels and soap.. and as well they were courteous to us.. we totally recommend this location to anybody/everybody who is looking for a great vacation..

I truly was not expecting the place to be as nice as it was when I checked in I come into town once a week or once every two weeks. The people are very nice and the rooms look recently upgraded, I leave later in the night as I have to normally go to work early into the morning there has been someone there to accommodate my check out which has been very very convenient and helpful! I am happy with my stay and look forward to booking again soon! Thank you to all staff for making my stay accommodating, enjoyable and easy

The location, breakfast, accommodation

Well lit, felt safe. Clean. Johnny at the front desk was the best! Very helpful, courteous, respectful, and always in a good mood!!!

Breakfast was good, nice variety. Location was good. Tucked from big highway. Close to stores and restaurants.

Was close to everywhere we needed to go
