friendly staff, room was clean, quiet, nice room size for 2 or more people, Wlan was great to work with, convenient to great restaurants and the walk to the University is just 10min. Parking over night is next door for a fee of 24 Dollars, which was good.

We loved the staff -- especially Sophia, who was so warm and fun. And the location was perfect as the event we were attending was a reunion at Northwestern. The restaurant that's connected to the hotel serves a next level burger, too.

Great facility in a great location

I stayed in this hotel 6 years ago and it was charming but needed a bit of TLC. It’s had that TLC and it’s still charming but now it’s more comfortable and stylish. I love the college theme and details. The staff were all welcoming, helpful, polite and clearly enjoy working there! Our lake view room was spacious with a great bathroom.

Breakfast was a truly amazing experience, especially for the price.

Nice big breakfast area and supper quality of the breakfast. The omelets are fantastic. Mostly the veggie. It reminds me for all inclusive resort. Swimming pool - excellent. Provides some toys for the kids. The parking has good lights. Lots of stores and places to eat around. Average 45 min to downtown. Because of highway construction. I'm considering it good. The room smell good and is clean.

Stayed here during our trip and it was perfect for what we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Not luxury, but great value for the price.

Julian from the front desk was really helpful and friendly. He was always willing to help, really nice. I was in Chicago to see a concert and hotel was kind of close from the theater. Hotel does not offer breakfast however there is a place around the corner where serves a decent one. Hotel is very clean. There is a vending machine at the front desk where you can buy water and others few beverages from. They let me do early check in and late check out free of charge, which was great.

The staff at reception and house keeping are very well behaved, welcoming and always ready to help.

I read a lot of reviews of this place online and I have to say they are all majorly outdated, the place is now extremely clean, and very comfortable to live in, they seemed to have fixed all issues with leaks and the holes in the ground, which gives the place a great look, the bed is extremely comfortable and quite large which was excellent. The tv was high quality and we received towels and shower equipment for our stay, if you are reading the reviews just know they are massively outdated and I highly recommend this place!

I've stayed there a couple times and it just gets better and better. It's modern. It's at the car. It's super clean. The material and products are modern and management also works with your check-in. So overall it's 🔟/🔟

Clean hotel. Decent breakfast. Comfortable Bed. Very responsive and cooperative staff. Towels and other supplies were always abundant. We had an adequate kitchenette and I was able to cook some meals. The fridge was massive as well. Clean Bathroom, great shower.

All good, friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Plenty of local restaurants and shops.
