Hotels near Smith Tower, Seattle

First & foremost, Ofelia on the front desk. Ofelia was the most friendly, helpful & informative hotel reception person we have met on our vacation in the USA & Canada. The hotel is in a great location near the cruise line piers, restaurants & Amtrak station to Vancouver. The attached bistro & bar is run by Gabe, a great guy to have a talk with. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Seattle.

Location was literally outside the main train station so perfectly located. It was a short easy & level walk to the seafront and lovely walk into town and the piers. Pike Place was within easy reach and Lime Bikes are everywhere if you prefer not to walk. The new ale house on the other side of the road from the hotel was excellent. The laundry facility was a great benefit and reasonably priced. Rooms lovely. Breakfast excellent. The free early evening reception with a couple of drinks and snacks was a nice bonus. All round one of the best hotels in this chain we have stayed at.

There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

The staff was tremendously helpful. The room was so spacious. Hadn't expected that at all. It was clean and comfortable. Wifi was great. Had stove for cooking so if you are a family, easy cooking your meal.

Everything was great. Very comfortable beds - I loved the European style duvet covers , good shower and perfect area to walk everywhere. The staff is one of the best I've ever seen. Games and lobby is so much fun

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. The hotel has a great bar and the staff are friendly and helpful. Brian at reception especially was a hero, when he found out that this was a surprise birthday trip for my wife he went out of his way to make her feel special - thank you :-D

Loved staying here. The beds were so comfortable and it was a great location to explore Seattle for the weekend! The restaurant is incredible.
