Location and clean facilities. Good value for money.

This was our second stay at the Ocean beach Palace. We stayed previously in the two bedroom, as we had our son, and this time we got a king room as it was just us. We stayed here as my partner was having surgery so we didn't need anything crazy, but if you are looking for a good cheap stay then this is it for you ! It's clean, has food near by, we ushered to shopping centres etc. Has a pool, which was heated last time, this time it was not and was freezing but we didn't use it this time either. Staff were phenomenal - I accidentally booked the wrong day and they sorted it all out for me. Perfect communication.

We liked the lift, Room was clean. Facilities were not perfect but serviceable. Bed was comfy. Would stay again.

This is my third time staying at the Shore Haven! The staff is amazing and always make you feel at home. The location is perfect to the ocean, restuarants, and shopping. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The pools are well maintained as well as the hot tub.

Great room (34 Sea Foam accommodation) - tucked away up the stairs with great sea views! Lovely staff who sorted out a late check out without any extra fee :)

Great stay at this hotel, ideal location for shops restaurants and about a half hour walk to the beach. Staff were amazing, so very friendly. Rooms spotless and beds very comfortable.
