Location, Cleanliness, ammenities

The rooms are great and super clean. We enjoyed cooking our meal and the kitchen is well equipped. The view from room 1713 was spectacular at night. We enjoyed how safe it is as there are guards day and night. There is a pool, you may ask the staff to show you. There will be a coffee station facility also, so perfect! It is situated just next to the One Thibault square bus station so you can buy a MyCiti card and get to V&A, Camps Bay etc.. I would say overall the location is great and you can get the best food at Food Lovers Market, 2 minutes away.

We stayed for a week and loved this hotel. Excellent location, confortable and quiet room, beautiful facilities, especially the entrance hall with the giant Christmas tree. Good and varied breakfast and the "Stella" cafe/restaurant is excellent value for money. We had most of our dinners there. Staff is very friendly and professional. A big thanks to the receptionist at the guided tours counter who was very helpful and quick in arranging our private tour to the Cape of Good Hope. We also appreciated the breakfast boxes prepared for our early departure.

The apartment hotel is really highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, clean, great food, very fast WiFi. We didn't have a single problem/issue during our stay, on the contrary, when our flight was canceled and we couldn't leave until a day later, everything was done so that we could still stay in the same apartment. Thank you very much!

The staff were so accommodating! The cleanliness and the rooms.

Breakfast was excellent! Very friendly staff, near to Warerfront, and all amnesties, best value for money

This is our 3rd stay! And we will return! You get what you pay for..and more! Delicious breakfast, clean room, shuttle to V and A from 9am to 10pm. Walkable in the day if you want to. Super helpful staff. Thank you for making our visit just what we remembered.
