If you want to stay in the jungle near a (dormant) volcano with all your basic needs met and at a great price, this is it. You can spend hours just listening to the jungle. The bedding was very comfortable, and I had no issues sleeping in the mosquito tent covering my bed. (I was surprised to discover that mosquitoes really aren't a major issue in this part of Nicaragua.) All of my meals were plentiful and tasted great. (Breakfast is free, while other meals are a la carte but at very reasonable prices.) Note that there are only four cabins, so there's plenty of privacy. The owner/manager lives nearby and does everything he can to make your stay comfortable.
