The room was very clean and well appointed with a small refrigerator, kettle and other items that would be expected. The host (Isabella) was very nice and always available for questions.

Located in the city centre, Bungalow by Toore Patagonia offers bungalow accommodation. Free WiFi within the entire establishment, and a local craft store where guests will find souvenirs. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was lovely, next to some great coffee shops and very walkable for exploring Puerto Natales. Room was clean and comfy.

This property is in the middle of nowhere but that is the most appealing and endearing attribute. Nestled on a hill overlooking the rio Rasmussen, you had views of incredible landscapes and animals. Juan and Ninni are hosts extraordinaire. They and their assistants made sure we had everything we needed. We had fires in our rooms to keep us warm, coffee to go for our day adventures and any question we had was answered in full. Then there was the cooking. These two know how to prepare some of the best Chilean meals one could imagine. You would expect that quality of meals from very high end restaurants but to enjoy such delicacies in such an amazing setting was divine.

The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.

Our room was perfect for four people with four individual twin beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in the large farmhouse which is steeped in history and full of character. The rooms are large and comfortable and the food is excellent, as well as breakfast we also had dinner. Whilst we were here we also did the half day horse riding, which was very enjoyable and highly recommended. You get to see more of the estancia, criss crossing the river and seeing some of the wildlife along the way, including a plentiful amount of condors.

Located inside Torres del Paine National Park, by the shore of Pehoé Lake, Explora Patagonia offers all-inclusive packages for 3 nights or more. Food was great. Location was amazing.

Cabañas Última Esperanza is a self-catering accommodation in Puerto Natales. These apartments are ideally located for exploring the area, with the town's main square just 300 metres away. The apartment was very comfortable, it had all the facilities, lots of hot water, close to town center, and restaurants.

We had a great stay at this lodge. The room was clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and provided a delicious breakfast that was more than we expected. Location was very close to the park and next to the border which helped us.
