My stay at the Resort JUNGLEROOM Canggu was exceptional, largely due to the incredible service from the owner. While the pool was under maintenance due to heavy rain before my arrival, the owner offered a generous solution by letting me stay for an additional night, free of charge. This level of proactive care turned a minor inconvenience into a wonderful bonus. The true highlight, however, was their support after I had checked out. I was in a panic thinking I had left my passport at the resort. The owner was not only incredibly prompt and responsive to my message but was also extremely helpful, allowing me to return to the property to search for it. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, even after I was no longer a guest, truly blew me away. This level of customer service is truly remarkable. I highly recommend Resort JUNGLEROOM Canggu to anyone looking for a place where the owner genuinely cares about their guests' experience.

Amazing Stay at Skyspace Villas! We had such a great time at Skyspace Villas Bali! The Glass Dome room was a unique experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Since it’s in nature, you might see some small insects, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a perfect place for a romantic getaway. We’d love to come back!

It’s an oasis in the middle of Canggu. I like it that it’s small estate, there are only a couple bungalows but very well maintained and spotless clean (and I’m very particular about cleanliness!!). Putu, the manager and his staffs were very helpful and warm, and they always make sure the room is in tip top condition. They will prepare the evening mosquito net for the bed for us. I highly recommend this place for your stay, even after I stayed in other places around Canggu, nothing can beat Umakayu service and quality. Even with the lush atmosphere, there were only mosquitoes but just like everywhere else in Bali, bring mosquitoes repellent to the rescue. Also there were no bugs crawling into your room (pest control is done regularly here)! The estate is also tightly guarded with CCTV at the gate, hence no need to worry regarding your safety. You are well taken care of by Umakayu. When I did my booking, they gave me a heads up that there was some construction work nearby, but during my stay I barely noticed it! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable, I’ll definitely come back here!

Roots Tree House is a magical place. If you’ve ever wanted to live in a treehouse, you must visit this place. The staff is really great. There was a small leak in the roof because we were there during the rainy season, so they gave us a bigger room for free. They’re really positive people who genuinely want you to enjoy your stay.

Situated in Uluwatu, 1.4 km from Impossible Beach and 4.8 km from Uluwatu Temple, Ginantary Cottages features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and a terrace. The accommodation was a complete success in every way! A lovely setting, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The rain pattered on the roof, and we were able to relax by the swimming pool.
