Matatagpuan 23 km mula sa Kumanoshi Kiwakozan Museum sa Shingu, ang Koguchi Village by WhyKumano ay nagtatampok ng accommodation na may air conditioning at libreng WiFi. Lovely, modern, wooden building that was a perfect respite in Koguchi. Our host also made an amazing Japanese traditional steamed meal, and a real spread for breakfast. Shared bathroom was surprisingly not an issue in any way. No in terms of waiting, nor in terms of hygiene. Though I suppose that depends on fellow guests as well, as realistically the host can't be cleaning up immediately after every guest, so we were lucky. We didn't use it but there is a bath as well.

The hosts are the warmest people around. They made sure I was comfortable and the meditations in the morning are quite amazing too. Highly recommend this stay and I definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much for opening up your home to me, this made my Koyasan visit so memorable.

The nicest house with the nicest owner with the worlds best homemade homegrown blueberry jam. Thank you for letting us stay here! Matatagpuan ang Mountain Home Lodge in Deer Park sa Nara Park district ng Nara, 3.3 km mula sa Nara Station at 20 km mula sa Iwafune Shrine. Nag-aalok ng complimentary WiFi sa buong accommodation. Amazing! Great to have the deer at your window :) We received good information from the host before we arrived and after check out they kept our luggage and then ordered us a taxi to the train station when we picked our bags up. The room also had coffee, tea, creamer and more basic things so we did not have to bring it.

Amazing stay! We had the whole place to ourselves, and the village is incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The common areas are great and easy to use, adding to the comfort. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!

Taraichitei, ang accommodation na may hardin, ay matatagpuan sa Takashima, 28 km mula sa Kehi Jingu Shrine, 34 km mula sa Omimaiko Beach, at pati na 40 km mula sa Obama Station. It is an old style house, so as long as you aren't expecting Western/modern comforts, it's fantastic! My daughter called it the Totoro house. You will sleep on Japanese futons that you lay out on the tatami mats - if you've never slept on a futon it might feel uncomfortable/hard compared to Western beds. You will eat sitting on the tatami mats, but there are a couple of small Western chairs if sitting on the floor is difficut. The bathroom is Japanese style with the toilet in one section, the sink/vanity in a second section and the shower with separate furo (deep bathtub for soaking after washing in the shower) in the third section. It was not the most modern but all clean and more spacious than the Western hotel bathrooms we had other parts of Japan! There is a TV, wifi worked great and a bluetooth speaker to play music. There aren't a lot of "tourist" attractions nearby but it you want serenity this hits the spot - a few steps away has you walking among farming fields and the house is also close to the forest with a little stream running along side the road making for a peaceful but easy walk up the mountain. The gohan (rice) cooked in the old style stove was the best we ate our entire trip! Wish we had bought some of the local rice. It can get a little smoky when dinner is being cooked but my mild asthma was fine. The host, Hiro, is amazing, super accomodating and friendly, he introduced us to his shiba inu (dog) and his duck, and even though we didn't ask ahead, he prepped for us to make tofu - this experience was an extra fee but totally worth it! During the winter you can also request mochitsuki (pounding rice into mochi) and summer/fall you can make noodles (can't remember if he said soba, ramen or udon). Hiro's English is limited, but he's so engaging, we asked him to eat dinner with us and my daughter loved that...he has such good energy!

The staff came to pick us up at Hashimoto station mid-afternonn because it's really remote from anything and they dropped us at Koyasan the next day. We should have stayed for 2 nights instead of 1 because there is a lot to see in Koya san. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with us. They really took good care of us. The food was amazing ! They even adjusted to my seafood allergy. Thank you for your warm welcome !

Nagtatampok ng mga tanawin ng bundok, ang Tamayura no Sato sa Kimino ay nagtatampok ng accommodation, seasonal na outdoor swimming pool, hardin, terrace, at restaurant. This was a nice place away from the city. They have bbqs where you can grill outside of your cabin. Comfortable cabins close to some cool stuff to see. Friendly staff.

Matatagpuan sa Kushimoto, 3.3 km mula sa Shionomisaki Shrine at 12 km mula sa Kushimoto Turkish Memorial and Museum, ang Fukurou ay nagtatampok ng accommodation na may access sa hardin. I really enjoyed the private access Onsen, available to sign up once a day. Perfect after biking around Kushimoto all day—I rented one of their electric assist bikes which made going up and down the local hills easier. Complete with helmet and cell phone holder. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
