Adriana and her staff are just about the kindest, most attentive and helpful people you'll ever meet. We felt well taken care of! Also, the whole hotel was so beautifully decorated. We had a really nice patio overlooking the pool area, with palm trees moving in the wind. It was perfectly relaxing and private.

Nice size and appreciated the natural filtration system they created to keep the water clean. We stayed for 3 nights and they offered different breakfast options each day. Very tasty food. They also grow some of their own food (eggs, ducks), or alternatively get their supplies from the local community. Excellent family run eco-lodge in a wonderful location close to attractions and in a natural, quiet setting. It was perfect for us.

Las Guacamayas Lodge Resort er staðsett í suðrænum frumskógi í Chiapas, í 5 klukkustunda akstursfjarlægð frá San Cristobal de las Casas og býður upp á veitingastað. The rooms/cabins are very nice and located in a beautiful tropical garden at the riverside. From the restaurant you have a nice view on the Montes Azules on the other side of the river. We had quite some different “visitors” during our 3 nights stay: spider monkeys, howler monkeys, macaws, toucan, hummingbirds etc. Also the boat tour through Montes Azules is very spectacular. Highly recommended!

Ecolodge Resort Yokib er staðsett í 60 km fjarlægð frá Palenque-fornleifasvæðinu og býður upp á gróskumikla garða og glæsileg herbergi með sérbaðherbergi. The family running the hotel is very friendly. Nice location in between Palenque and Yaxchilan temples. Very good food for dinner. A small river runs through the property (nice sounds which you can hear from the room).

The pool, restaurant, our room and the entire property was so beautiful and amazing. I loved everything this hotel. We plan to stay there next we’re in town.

We traveled 3,000 km specifically to return to Entremares for an entire week. It did not disappoint! It is off the beaten path and summer-camp rustic. Perfect! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the food is good, and it's really amazing to be able to swim in both the ocean and the sound. This is a peaceful place that is very quiet at night. Lots of nature, hammocks for reading.

Cabañas Junkolal Tziscao í Santiago býður upp á fjallaútsýni, gistirými, garð, verönd og veitingastað. Smáhýsið er með bæði WiFi og einkabílastæði án endurgjalds. Beautiful cabaña overlooking Lago Tziscao. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in during my long trip. Staff helped us arrange a moto taxi and our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable and catered the tour for us. I would happily stay here again. Thanks to everyone

Hotel Cabañas Safari er staðsett í aðeins 8 km fjarlægð frá Palenque-fornleifasvæðinu og í 1 km fjarlægð frá bænum Palenque en það býður upp á útisundlaug og hefðbundið Temazcal-eimbað. I loved the vibe of the place. Silence. And aquati running around!

Yagil B&B er staðsett í San Cristóbal de Las Casas og býður upp á ókeypis WiFi, garð, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd. Það er einnig eldhúskrókur með ísskáp og helluborði í sumum einingunum. the complex with the inner patio is just magnificent, its really quiet and the view from the rooftop (we rented the house a few days earlier with friends, before my stay alone there) is beautiful. the staff, cleaning service and especially Yagil are very welcoming and can help you with every request even without being able to speak spanish. the double room i stayed alone in is perfect size and most important the tap water in the complex is treated so its safe to use for brushing teeth etc. that otherwise can be a problem in San Cris. Another good tip is to go on a tour with Yagil in the jungle/mountains dont miss that out!! free water, EXCELENT WIFI!!
