We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spacious, beautifully equipped and very comfortable, with a large bed and a fantastic shower. There were lots of lovely little touches, such as the embroidered towels, slippers and room service, which made the stay feel extra special. The balcony was wonderful, with the river running right past — such a peaceful and relaxing setting. The staff were lovely, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains.

Spa, Koy restaurant, view, wonderful staff - You can have the best location, an interesting building, lots of facilities (and they do have all that), but it´s always the staff and the care that makes a hotel worth a rating of 10.

Set 33 feet from the elevators of Grandvalira Ski Resort and 6890 feet above sea level, the luxury Grau Roig is ideally located for a range of mountain activities.

I liked everything honestly but what stood out the most is having a curly hair diffuser in my room, that’s every curly hair dream

Everything was perfect, from before our arrival until our departure. Jean Phillipe, Elizabeth and the entire team are extremely kind, attentive, proactive and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, there was a cozy lounge area and a games/ social room, which were great, so we could spend quality time with the family. The breakfast was delicious (the croissant is not to be missed) and fairly priced. The location was also great and there was an excellent restaurant 3 min walk from the hotel. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!
