Lodgings in Bezau

The staff was amazing. Ownership did a fantastic job putting the right people in the right places. And the owner was hands on. The owners made us feel like part of the family. They catered to our needs with a smile and a "no problem" attitude for a few things that we needed. The restaurant was very high quality and a small but diverse menu. Everything that we had was great. They also served an Austrian style breakfast with meats and cheeses. The rooms were a little small by American standards but we still had plenty of space. Everything was very clean and the property showed the pride of the staff and owners by it's cleanliness. We actually came back and stayed a few more days during our trip because it was perfect for us.

Superb and plentiful healthy food.

Wonderful mix of traditional and modern interior. The place is spacious and all the facilities were in perfect condition. I was welcomed by the host on arrival but a lock box was also available for self-checkin/checkout. Communication with the host was prompt, friendly and effective. A supermarket is a few steps away to get groceries and there are 24-hour vending machines for local farm products available all over town. A reserved parking spot was provided.

The completeness and cleanliness of the house. A lot of privacy due to separate entrance. The garden with 2 sun loungers. The central location. And last but not least the hospitality of Christiane.

The hosts actually came to pick us up with our luggage when we arrived on the bus! The apartment was bright, spacious, quiet, clean, and fully equipped. Excellent kitchen, great shower, beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Our host provided great information on local hikes, museums, churches, and restaurants -- they even helped us by making dinner reservations and giving us a USB adapter when we left ours at home.
