Highly Recommended – Fantastic Stay! We had an amazing stay here! We are a family of two adults and three children, and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The apartment is brand new, modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—perfectly situated on the way to Tyrol. Special thanks to the host for the excellent service! Communication was super easy, check-in was smooth, and they were always available whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Very clean and tidy apartment! In a beautiful, quiet area. The host was friendly and welcoming, she was always in touch and ready to help. Shops are within walking distance. The apartment is large, comfortable, with everything you need, there is a garage. I stayed with my family for 12 days, I really liked everything. We recommend!!! .

The host is very nice and kind, she helped us a lot during our stay with custom setup (we had an accident on the slopes and one of us got disabled for half of the stay). Breakfast is excellent, rooms are very nice and confortable, fully equipped with everything is needed. Everything is very clean, towels are replaced as often as needed.

Exceptionally clean and good located. Very nice and friendly host. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, although a bit small. The view from the balcony is stunning especially for morning coffee. We traveled with kids and stayed for 5 nights which was a pleasure and I would highly rate this property and recommend it. You can get the sauna ready by yourself. Making the fire and doing the preparations was an experience I really enjoyed.

Modern design, very appealing and spacious room. Views are Breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL! Sauna-wellness is great. Wonderful breakfast. Summer card allows you to use many local rides, etc, including the next door spectacular swimming pool complex. Incredible! You need to stay a minimum of 2 days fir the card, though. We will come back!

Everything is perfect for a family vacation. We had one of the apartments - 2 separate bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen, big hallway. An apartment as all should be, not like the countless 30 m2 "apartments for 4" that are now all over the internet. I also liked the vintage touch of the massive wood furniture and its decoration. Downstairs is a common space with a few tables and another kitchen. The garden is very well designed and maintained, with a lot of types of plants (sometimes it feels like you are in a botanic garden). Also, it features a few benches with superb views towards the valley and the mountains on the other side of the valley - very good spots to enjoy an evening beer ;) Bettina is a wonderful host, discrete but ready to help if needed. Note to winter visitors: the property is on a hill and the road to it has some parts where is narrow, has a few hairpin turns and some parts with steep slope. We stayed here on summer but I can imagine that if there is snow or ice you should be more careful driving on this road. PS This is our second stay here, the first time (3 years ago) was also very nice, hence the return :)

One of the easiest 10. Amazing place , new , modern with very good quality of appliances and furniture . Location is also great , Grobming is great starting point to discover other places , and place by it self has everything you need . Great communication and easy check in .

friendly and helpful staff, unique and secluded location in a refurbished old castle, good breakfast. Loved that the hotel provided free pass to the cable-cars in Schladming.
