Classic lovely inn, great restaurant and front desk staff. Breakfast was fantastic, servers so warm and eager to help.

The staff accommodated to all my needs, esp. as I arrived only next day towards end of breakfast time ... The furniture in the room was fantastically modern and comfortable. I could work well at the mini desk.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Pfefferkorn. The service was absolutely top notch from beginning to end. The staff took care of every need and helped with many different requests. Everyone was so helpful and kind! The hotel is situated directly next to the major tram up to the top of the mountain so the convenience could not be beat. The ski shop inside the hotel offered valet service for skis and boots making each morning easy and convenient. The hotel itself is charming and well done. It retains the look and feel of an Austrian chalet while providing updated amenities. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast at the hotel was convenient and delicious. Plenty of options at the buffet and the pastries / breads were delicious. There was option of prepared eggs as well. Great coffee and tea options and kind service rounded out a great breakfast experience. The hotel is in the center of downtown Lech with easy access to local restaurants and lifts on the other side of the valley. Highly recommend Hotel Pfefferkorn to anyone traveling to Lech. It was very clean and quiet. In particular the shared bathrooms were cleaned often, which I appreciated.

Clean and comfortable hotel, I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We made a mistake in dates while ordering and they found a good solution for us, although they did have to. And they were very pleasant and helpful during all our stay. The price is a little high but I think that those are prices it Lech. A ski-in and ski-out was not great, but decent

Location was ok but definitely not ski-in and ski-out as advertised. The Saunalandschaft wasn't bad but old and had no attendant or natural light.

The rooms and property are lovely and comfortable. And there are so many fun things for kids to do right there. We wish we could have stayed for longer and would love to come back!

We spent 4 wonderful days in this lovely hotel and we felt like home from the first moment. A wonderful place with exceptionally kind hosts who offer excellent tips and guidance! The location is perfect for hiking, skiing, and a relaxing vacation. The breakfast is delicious and nourishing. Highly recommended!

Everything location owners and staff

The stuff is very friendly. They helped us with all our question before we arrived. The breakfast has everyting needed to start a day of ski. We were upgraded with no extra charge just because it was possible. The hotel location is supperb as it is only 70 m from end of ski run ( Blue 210) and only 100 m from chair lift up to the mountain ski slopes. The ski room has private heated closets. The hotel has 7% discount at rental shop Skibex and has an arrangement that the equipment is left at the hotel and Skibex come the next morning to collect. The spa has dry and wet saunas and 31C pool. The skibus has a stop just 100 m from the hotel. We highly recommend on this hotel.

The location is fantastic - really central and close to lifts and shops. The views from the room were stunning and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. Breakfast was exceptionally good with lovely coffee and a really varied and high-quality buffet. Close to the Schlosskopfbahn and a lech bus stop which make traveling anywhere in Lech/Zurs super easy. The daily breakfast is excellent and I strongly recommend paying for the breakfast.

As usual, it was a truly pleasant stay at Berghof! The rooms were beautifully maintained, clean. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the thoughtful amenities, including spacious spa area, gym and restaurants, provided, which added to the comfort of my stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, with fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The location is also perfect – conveniently close to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The property and the host are so wonderful. There are so many little things: little tablet to chose what’s for breakfast, ski hanging racks, finnish and IR sauna with 3 kinds showerheads, parking in the garage so you’re close to the ski lift and so many more little things.
