Lodgings in Melk

everything was fine, the breakfast was particularly lovely.

I liked the position, in the middle of the city, 2-3 minutes walking from the castle, rven though in February, when we arrived was kind of empty and cold. The girl from reception was very kind and smiled a lot and they gave us a baby bed, even though we didn't asked, because my daughter doesn't sleep in one, but she played a lot in it. The furniture is nice and maybe we will return, but on summer time.

Friendly young woman runs the place well. Comfortable bed and bathroom both better quality than we expected. Central location. Clean, good value for money, lovely sofa area just outside our room.

Personal communcations from all the staff were great! Particularly the gentleman at the front desk, and the restaurant staff.

A lovely, welcoming spot. Fantastic location, peaceful atmosphere, and great facilities. Our dog was made to feel right at home, and we all slept soundly in the very comfortable beds. A very good breakfast was the perfect start the day. Highly recommended!

We had such a nice stay in Pension Marillenhof when visiting Wachau Valley. Melk is a nice small town with beautiful Abbey. Pension Marillenhof like a home away from home, quite, clean with touching decorations. Hostess is very responsive and caring. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The host is very helpful and attentive.

Clean and spacious, very well decorated. A lot of comfortable seating and a beautifully appointed kitchen with everything you need. Perfect central location in Melk. Owner was friendly to work with and provided clear and helpful instructions.

Melk is picturesque, like a fairy tale. One of my favorite places I’ve ever been. The staff was kind and friendly, and the coffee is absolutely wonderful. Bring some home!!

This property made our excursion to Melk exceptional! It is conveniently located (easy walk to the Abbey, train depot, old town, the river walk) situated in a beautiful garden lot, with comfortable beds and pillows, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of windows/natural light, and attractive decor. Although it was off-season in Melk and we didn't get to do all we had hoped to do in the area, our stay at this property made it a highlight of our trip!

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed and was able to check in at 11:00am

The apartment is located very close to the abbey, few steps from the historic downtown and the abbey. The interior is very fitting, the maisonette has a balcony along the stairs and offers a great space to keep wet clothes and shoes outside of the living area. The inside is comfortable, kitchen is equipped, bedrooms are comfortable and have dressers to put clothes away.

Location and amenities were topnotch

Sandra was very helpful and prepared the whirlpool for us although we were the one that messed up and didn't see that we to ask for it separately. The house is very pretty and in the city center. And please visit their store and enjoy some marille punch, it is very tasty

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is old but interesting. The room was spacious, we even had enough space for our son's playmat.
