Great breakfast and dinner, really nice spa area and the Monti world for kids (more than enough to keep both our 1- and 7-year old kids occupied). Hotel also organizes snacks, tea and coffee in the afternoon - this was really nice. The staff are super friendly and helpful! 5min walk from the ski lift. Nice ski room with heated lockers. Plenty of parking space.

Everything. Large lovely room and spa for much less than Switzerland. The grill restaurant is exceptional. Best wagyu outside Japan. Plenty of english speaking staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent—the location was great, the fresh bread delivery every morning was a lovely touch, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The service exceeded our expectations, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This property truly exceeded our expectations. We arrived after hours and the owner personally walked us through the self check-in process, which was seamless and very reassuring. As a pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to an apartment unit conveniently located on the first floor near the breakfast/common area and just steps from the sauna — a very thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Great Breakfast! The ski facilities were excellent. The ski room was easily accessed from the side of the property with no stairs, fully heated, and equipped with boot warmers, making daily ski logistics effortless. We were also surprised to receive daily service to straighten the room and make the beds, which we did not expect at a B&B-style property. Parking was plentiful and well organized, with assigned spaces for each unit. The property also offers an EV charger, which is a great amenity, though access would need to be coordinated with the owner depending on parking availability. The location is ideal — an easy 4-minute walk to the main train station, about 7 minutes to the town square and restaurants, and roughly the same distance to the ski bus. Schruns itself is a charming and walkable town; one non-ski day is enough to explore it comfortably. Skiing at Silvretta Montafon Silvretta Montafon is a top-tier Austrian ski destination, offering approximately 140 km of pistes and 35 modern lifts. It is known for its sporty character, with high-altitude, snow-sure terrain reaching over 2,400 meters. The resort is also well regarded for freeriding, with multiple designated freeride zones and a large snowpark area. During our visit, the snowpark was not fully open and jump features were not yet built. However, the quality of the grooming, the variety of terrain across multiple peaks, and the excellent signage and lift connections made for a fantastic skiing experience.

The view was magnificent, and so I loved the location. The provisions of coffee and all amenities in the apartment were good. The host were the best part ... the were fantastic and super helpful.

Great Location in the downtown of Schruns- easy walk to ski Tram.

Great location, 5min walk from the ski lift. The apartment was spacious, modern, and cozy for our family of 5. Fantastic sunrise view of the mountains. Check in and out was easy, hosts were kind and hospitable. 10/10 recommend

The staff were super friendly and accommodating; breakfast was great, and we loved that we were able to order drinks throughout the day and that there was a nice common area as well.

Location was great, a quiet neighbourhood and easy access to town on foot or by car. The apartment was super cozy, spacious and very comfortable for relaxing after a day skiing

The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was equipped with everything one could need to cook. The location was perfect to access the lift to the ski domains, either with a few min. drive or simply using the city shuttlebus service. Supermarkets and ski rentals are walking distance away. Despite being close to the road, the apartment windows are well isolated and we didn't notice the traffic. Very nice stay!

Wonderful and spacious apartment in a pretty ski town. Easy access, easy parking. Clean and with plenty of room for traveling with family. Full kitchen facilities - dining room and breakfast table.
