Our stay at this hotel was amazing. We stayed in the fall for a short weekend trip, and even extended our stay by one night. We came mainly for the spa and sea views and were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food in the restaurant (a la carte) was awesome too. The swimming pool is big and heated to a comfortable temperature. The sauna could've been hotter, but after playing with the controls a bit it was very enjoyable as well.

What a stunning guest house and Felipe was a warm and welcoming host. The guest house has a beautiful panoramic view and the room is quiet and peaceful . The shared kitchen has everything you will need. The location is walking distance to restaurants and supermarket.

Everything was excellent, the hosts are so friendly, the rooms are extraordinarily clean and the breakfast was very good! Keep it up guys!

Everything about this apartment was fantastic!.. the style, the design, the super friendly and helpfull host,,, and of course the view of the sea!.. it feels like you are on a boat looking at the sea from the bed.

The accommodations were wonderful. The suite I had had a terrace, facing the beautiful bay ringed by mountains. The main bed was very comfortable and firm enough. There was a second, smaller bed as well. The location is superb. It's close enough to easily walk to restaurants, markets, bakeries, and the main bus stop. The rooms have a central, shared kitchen in the common area. Everything needed is provided, whether for solo travelers, couples, or families, for brief or extended stays. The staff are very helpful, responsive, punctual, and informative when one has questions about the town, etc. Neum is a precious, beautiful little gem in Bosnia, and so is Rooms Bačić. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay there.

Wow, what can I say. After another booking let us down, we found Leon apartment and booked immediately because of it great value and good location in the centre of Neum. The host ,Ivan quickly got back to us and met us on location. The apartment was very clean and had a great sea view. I would recommend staying here if you are passing through Neum on your Journey.

Great location, and the pool is awesome. Rooms are super nice and clean and comfortable, and the staff is really kind and helpful. I've stayed here before, and if opportunity presents itself, I'd stay here again nevertheless.

There is a lot of space, it is clean and there are plenty of cleaning products so it can always stay clean. Staff is amazing but I would recommend coming with a car, since the property is far away from the beach. There is a lot of parking on the property. People there were quiet and everyone is respectable. Honestly I would recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet stay and a good night sleep after a day of swimming.

Villa Ivanka is a perfect place for anyone looking for peace privacy and a relaxing stay surrounded by nature with a beautiful pool and excellent outdoor space. The house was very clean, well-equipped and the hosts were kind and welcoming. Since the villa is quite secluded future guests should plan ahead and bring everything they may need as the nearest grocery store is about a 20–30 minute drive away.
